Zubereitung:
Can be served as cold cuts, grilled, pan-fried or deep fried as crispy duck. Excellent to go along with stewed red cabbage and potato-dumplings topped with brown sauce. One can cut it in strips to fry like gyros, deep fry a portion and serve as crispy wheaty-burger with bread buns, grill them in skewers or as steak etc. An absolutely essential vegan delight for every party.
