SOY BASIC RECIPE
NON GMO TEXTURED SOY PROTEIN STEAK, FILET, SLICES, STRIPS GENERAL COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
INGREDIENTS:
SOY :
20-25 grams dry soy products for one serving
1 liter of clear water per 100 g of dry soy products
2 teaspoons of salt per one liter of water
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Bring the water to boiling, add the salt and the soy. Keep cooking for 10 minutes
2. Drain the soy pieces in a sieve and let cool down for a while.
3. Before proceeding cooking in recipes (for the looks of the soy product): Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, add the soy pieces and stir-fry until lightly browned.
4. Use any meat food (e.g. poultry, beef) recipe you like and replace the component with prepared soy products.
5. Serve (with vegetables, pasta or rice).
