Soya Steak

Ingredients:
soy flour, soy protein concentrates, water

Size: approx.
ca. 145 x 90 x 6 mm

Preparation:
Cook contents in boiling salt water or vegetable stock for 8 - 10 minutes. Strain, press out water gently, marinate and panfry them in oil with or without bread crumbs coating.. Likewise the soya steak could also be prepared like pasta or meat into other dishes.Examples are roulade, cordon bleu, steak, cutlet etc.

AOG soya meat yields 3 to 3,5 times its original mass weight after cooking.
